Oh My. Where are my boots? I bought my Chocolate Bronte Los in mid November and still haven’t received them. I received a pair of shoes totally different from what I ordered. The seller insisted that I send the wrong shoes back before sending me the correct order. I didn’t like the way the error was handled. It is their mistake so why do they have to hold my boots ransom? Couldn’t we just send the items to each other at the same time? Apparently not. It’s the end of December and I’m in need of warm boots in this cold winter. This is the worst online shopping experience ever. I should have paid an extra $10 and ordered the same boots from a another seller. I should have gone back to the other seller where I got my Warmbats. It’s 3 days before Christmas, I wished Santa would bring me a pair of brown boots.

  3. I received this boots for my daughter for a travel we made to Whistler, Canada.
They were used only over mild snow for walking in town. After two days they developed an ugly white stain all arround them that won’t come off (like baby powder) .
I wrote to the seller and the respond was: “Oh! we are sorry, you should have treated your boots with water repellent before use”
Therefore, unless you plan to use this boots to walk arround inside the mall, they are not good to serve purpose as boots

These boots were fantastic. My feet are on the larger end of a size 10, so they don’t feel loose to me. It’s obviously high quality and well made. My only quibble is that as the sheepskin gets packed down inside the boot, it rolls up into little pebbles inside or lofts out, and you have to pull them out. That’s not as bad as it sounds, though – if I could have a pair of these for indoor as well as outdoor wear I’d love it.

i bought a pair of these emus in the fall. unfortunately, i had to get them a size too big since that’s what was in stock. wearing a boot too big seemed to make them wear down faster–they sort of sagged around my leg and i dragged my feet when i walked. i made sure, this time, to get the correct size–one size down from what i normally wear. i think they’ll last longer now that i have the correct fit. i haven’t worn them this winter, though, as they’re not snow boots. with the light color, i’m saving them for dry days in the spring and fall.
