I have tried a dozen different multi’s and Animal Pak is the one. I only take one pak a day. Sure it’s alot of pills, but it does the job. I would recommend it to anyone that wants to take care of their body.

My daughter, who was born 4 months early, has major issues with digestion, lots of feeding aversions, and multiple food allergies. Without this vitamin, which contains many essential minerals as well, we’d be lost. We agree with the other reviewers that, unless you use a blender, the powder won’t mix easily with liquids. But, since I need to blend my daughter’s super-charged goat milk formula anyway (we add powder to fresh and evaporated milk, along with probiotics and a thickener so she won’t aspirate), it’s not a big deal to us. A few whirs with a stick blender and voila–a more complete formula for our growing girl. I’d recommend this vitamin to anyone who has a difficult-to-feed child with tummy issues.

Individual packets are easy to carry and use. My son detected the powder in his milk, because it did not mix in completely. However, he has had it in his applesauce, yoghurt shakes, and yoghurt without a fuss. Overall, a good vitamin for babies and infants.

Customer Review: This is a PROTEIN powder base solution and has very little SILVER in it.
True collodial silver is tinted slightly grey in color. It is rarely clear and certainly the less effective silver products are amber in color to almost black. Stay away from these products as they are no good.

Customer Review: EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED AND DOES WHAT IT SAYS
In an effort to get more fiber in my diet a tried Metamucil (which was disgusting) and then I tried this. How they manage to get grit free, tasteless fiber is beyond me, but I’m just glad they did. I add it to my baked goods, milk, juices, smoohties, tea, yogurt, and even my jam over toast or english muffins. It has no taste, no grit, and dissolves in everything, hot or cold. Also, there were no bloating or gas issues which I was expecting based on other fiber supplements. 5 STARS all the way!! Thank you Benefiber.
Customer Review: Expensive and you might be taking a double dose
Yes, it is fiber and you could benefit with a diet of 25 to 35 grams of FIBER per day says the American Dietetic Association.
(Benefit how? they do not tell us on the label)
But, look close; benefiber gives you 3 grams of Fiber per dose.
If you use a digital scale as I have you will to your surprise discover that one heaping teaspoon actually weighs 3.5 grams.
AND, they are telling you to use two tsp which is actually a double dose, right in their supplement facts, printed right on the label.
The dose on the package states 2 tsp or (3.5 grams)
But to my surprise my digital scale 3.5 grams is not 2 tsps it is only one heaping tsp.
Supplies you with 3 grams of fiber they claim.
But you might be actually taking a double dose and not knowing it, but paying for it.
Think about it one good tasting bran muffin could supply you with 9 grams of dietary fiber. And a bran muffin taste better too! (that is triple the fiber of one single benefiber dose)
