The housing may work on flatter blades but it binds on the curves in my mulching blade (from a Black and Decker electric mower). However, the stone worked fine freehand.
Customer Review: Great tool for the sharpening impaired
If you have a Dremel tool and any kind of metal tools with an edge then you need this. I was skeptical, but found it works really well. It takes a little while to get used to so I recommend to learn on the less important tools like a shovel you rarely use or don’t care if you knick it.

Customer Review: This is a terrible product!
I was looking for a replacement for my other Andis 75330 Quiet Ionic/Ceramic Hair Dryer with LCD Display(hair dryer) that shocked me, so I got this one. Boy it drys your hair all right! It also scalded it right off my head and gave me 3rd degree burns! I had to go to the burn center at the hospital where they informed me that I would probably never regain function of the brain-cells I melted. I was really disappointed with this product. It should have had some kind of a warning that said 1000 degrees fahrenheit was hot! I’m not used to the fahrenheit scale. I figured 90 degrees fahrenheit is only something like 30 degrees Celsius so 1000 degrees can’t be that hot. Boy was I wrong!

Don’t waste your money! I bought an LMM-40. It’s still under warranty, but the retailer closed up shop, the manufacturer (Sunlawn) does not return email or phone calls, and I can’t even *buy* the $1 part I need.
Customer Review: Silent Pit Bull
After two weeks of hunting the internet for reviews, finally decided on this Sunlawn. Shipped fast, and free. Pulled the machine out of the box, screwed together the sturdy handles, set it for 2 inches, and went at a nasty, wet, lumpy, scruffy, overgrown corner of the yard that had been uncut since the gas mower died. This baby chewed through the mess like a backseat full of ChubChubbs. Scratchy old stems? Gone. Thick, soppy grass? Pfft — like a bayonet through a birthday cake. Instead of leaving wads of wet grass to rake up, the Sunlawn neatly scattered tiny chopped mulch over the surface. If it bogged down here and there, I just tipped it up a bit and it got on with the job. I got brutal with it, and it never quit. When done, brushed the blades clean, gave the gears a squirt of WD-40, put it to bed. Now — I’m only 5′ 6″, 56 years old, and a woman with health problems and a bad back. It’s light, easy to use, and I can lift it with one hand. The Sunlawn MORE than fulfilled expectations.

This tool doesn’t work well at all. The blades last about a minute or two before you have to replace it. There may be some unique situations where this saw will be useful but I’ve not found it yet. An air powered grinder with cut off blade works much better.
