These Acorn slippers are extremely comfortable. I love the terry cloth feel, particularly in the summer because my feet sweat, and the slippers keep my feet cool and dry. I agree with the other reviews, they are like walking on marshmallows!

They look cute on one’s feet. And even though they’re a thong, they do not rub uncomfortably between my toes. They have a rubber bottom, so if you need to run outside quickly, they will wear well (e.g. not get soaked through the sole of the shoe).

Customer Review: Not My Favorite Rockports
Got a really good price on these for Rockports. I agree with the first reviewer. The elastic part is somewhat like ace bandages. If you have narrow feet, I wouldn’t recommend it because you would have to tighten the strap resulting in the end hanging below the footbed. I can’t say I’d recommend it for wide feet either (footbed width could be a problem). Even with the strap tightened, it felt loose on my foot. I did wear them all day (10 hours) and found they were quite comfortable except for the part between my toes. It did chafe a little but not to the point of causing a blister, etc.

I got these shoes in white and had to return them. They looked like I was wearing some ace bandage on my feet. They were clunky and orthopedic looking without being comfortable at all.

I have never been able to wear flipflops because the thong on every pair I ever tried just KILLED the area between my toes. I had a toe injury this summer and could not wear my usual sandals or sneakers. My friend happened to be staying with me and she had her Crocs and insisted I try them so I could at least walk! I was hooked…. I never had ANY discomfort between the toes and my poor toe was able to heal! They are THE MOST comfortable shoes I have ever put on my feet and don’t have the visual atrocity (Sorry CROCS folks!) that Crocs tend to have (in my opinion…) I highly recommend them… I have been able to shop in them for several hours without any problem. And of course they are great for around the house and yard for an easy slip on and off!
