Appear at first use to be well made tools. Not the same fit-n-finish I have come to expect from this well respected tool manufacturer however. Several of the sockets appear to have been dipped in the chrome finish and have apparent globs of material in the corners of the splines. Not sure that those spots will break away cleanly or will cause future issues getting the socket into use but time will tell….they will eventually be used on a fastener they are sized to fit.

With its 10-inch wheels, radial tires, 18-inch cutting width, and 2-inch welded shrub bar, this mower should enable you to cross whatever terrain and reach whatever hard-to-access rogue patches of grass you desire. Plus, the soft foam cushion on the handlebar is a nice — and much appreciated — touch. However, assembly can be a headache, even though the only tool you need is a wrench. The instructions could be clearer, and the handle parts could fit together better. This product is backed by a limited 2-year warranty.
Customer Review: Great lawn mower being totally human powered
I like my push powered lawn mower for 3 reasons:
1. I get to walk around and can hear the birds, wind, etc…, while giving it a good trim, and leaving nonclumpy clippings.
2. No gasoline smell, nor gasoline consumption for cutting lawn
(I really want to use my money for something other than cutting giant pieces of land only for looks and community regulations.)
3. I understand pretty much everything on the machine, as it is really simple and durable. Quality joints and parts- US made.

Customer Review: Plastic Drive Gears Fail After One Season of Moderate Use.
The drive gear from the wheel to the metal axle is made of plastic and the small contact area failed after first season and now the blades do not spin. We have a quarter acre of sparse lawn and we did not abuse the mower. Dear manufacturer, cutting weight & cutting cost does not necessarily equal cutting grass.
Customer Review: Love it! I am very pleasantly surprised by this little mower!
I an unsure as to what some are complaining about with this little mower. It IS a reel mower after all, and powered up by me, not oil and gasoline. I LOVE this little mower! I just got it last week, did nothing but pull it out of the box, put it together, which was a breeze, and starting cutting grass! My yard is 1/2 acre in size, with half of that being fairly flat, with a slight grade to it, and then my front and back yards both have slopes in them, with a constant upgrade in the backyard. Going up that hill was tough, only because I have allowed myself to get so out of shape. The mower itself was fine, and cut the grass great! It was me needing to stop and catch my breath every few “laps” on that backyard, and parts of the front, but that was not the mower’s fault. That’s me, getting myself back into better physical shape for using this little mower.

I was a little leary whether or not the cover would fit the electric push mower that I needed to cover when I purchased the product. When it came and I put it over the mower, I found that it not only fit but with the elastic bottom and velcro fasteners, it fit perfectly. This cover has enough room that it will fit almost any type push mower that has to be stored outdoors. There is no worry of the outdoor elements getting to the mower.

whoever wrote this thing does not produce sufficent heat must not have read the instructions. This item gets extremely hot, definately sufficient for doing just about any job that requires heat. Way hotter than a blow dryer, does not even compare!!! If you tried using this to dry your hair on the highest setting, you would not be to happy.

I am happy with the product though. I did not purchase this to ‘go green’ at all. I purchased it because it is best for the new expensive Zorro grass I just put down.
This mower is easy to push once you adjust it a little. It adjusts with 2 simple screws.
It does leave about 4 inches from any edge..like mowing next to your house or the edge of your treeboxes.
I plan on keeping my gas mower just to use to bag the clippings as I have heard that the grass catchers on these models are ineffective.
